Failed videos give their credits back automatically, so you can try again with a sharper photo. Not happy with your first paid video? You get a full refund within 7 days. Your videos stay in My videos: on the browser you made them in, or in your account once you sign in.

The video failed

The credits go back to your balance automatically. Most failures come from the photo: try a sharper one, in good light, with the face or the whole pet in view.

It doesn't look like the trend

You never hop down: the AI sometimes runs out of time; the 15-second version leaves room for every beat, the 10-second one is tighter.
The face doesn't look like you: use a photo where the face is large, sharp and toward the camera, without sunglasses or filters.
It isn't the exact original clip: the AI makes a new one from your photos, so the cafe and the beats follow the trend but each run plays out a little differently.

The two people got mixed up

With "Both of us", put the one on the table in the first box and the guest in the second, one person per photo. If the video still swaps them, email support@firsttimeinafancycafe.com from the email you paid with.

Can't find your video

Made without signing in: it's in My videos on the same browser and device you used. Signed in: use the same Google account, every video is in My videos. Check you didn't sign in with a different Google account.
